Position OverviewThe Quality Systems Manager supports program and project leadership by ensuring processes, products, and deliverables comply with contractual requirements, internal policies, and applicable industry quality standards. This role is responsible for conducting and overseeing process and product evaluations, quality audits, and surveillance activities across multiple locations. The position ensures software and system lifecycle activities, verification and validation efforts, and resulting artifacts are controlled, independently reviewed, auditable, and compliant with standards including ISO, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, ITIL, and FAA-related requirements. The Quality Systems Manager plays a critical role in maintaining an effective Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
