Position Summary

We are adding a strategic, Senior Acquisition Support Professional that will provide executive-level acquisition, program, and organizational support to Division leadership within Sys Delta 80/AATS/AR. This position functions in a role analogous to a Director's Action Group (DAG), enabling senior leaders to execute mission priorities, manage cross-cutting initiatives, frame decision-quality options, and maintain effective coordination and communication with higher headquarters and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will perform Director's Action Group-like functions, including facilitating special projects initiated by Division senior leadership; conducting or directing research; integrating information across functional areas; and supporting Division strategies, goals, and processes. Serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Manage all action items assigned to the Division by higher headquarters and external agencies using the Space Force Task Management Tool (TMT) and other directed systems. Evaluate, prioritize, assign, track, and close actions in accordance with Space Force and local policies. Maintain authoritative trackers to ensure suspense compliance, leadership visibility, and audit-ability.
* Create, maintain, and curate a historical library of all TMT taskings, including background materials, decisions, responses, and final products, to support continuity of operations, trend analysis, lessons learned, and rapid retrieval of prior taskings.
* Provide daily updates to Division leadership on taskings requiring immediate attention, elevated risk, or imminent suspense dates. Prepare weekly status updates for senior leadership summarizing execution status, emerging issues, and recommended mitigation actions.
* Compile and submit monthly reporting inputs in support of the prime contractors Monthly Status Report (MSR), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Division execution status and leadership priorities.
* Develop decision-quality products for the Division Chief, including executive summaries, courses of action (COAs), trade space analyses, and risk assessments addressing cost, schedule, performance, and mission impact, with clearly articulated recommendations.
* Screen, coordinate, and respond to inquiries and taskings from higher headquarters, external agencies, internal organizations, and industry partners on behalf of the Division Chief, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and appropriately coordinated.
* Ensure consistent, accurate, and strategically aligned messaging to higher headquarters by integrating Directorate goals, priorities, and execution status across all written products, briefings, responses, and TMT submissions, aligned with current USSF, SSC, and Directorate guidance.
* Identify, assess, and elevate risks, trends, and systemic issues affecting Directorate execution to Division leadership, recommending mitigation strategies and decision points as appropriate.
* Manage information integration across the Division, including oversight of recurring reports and development of executive-level dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics using Power BI to convey the Division Chief's priorities, execution status, and decision insights.
* Prepare and manage external briefings on behalf of the Division Chief, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), financial reviews, and senior leader engagements.
* Establish and manage the Division's leadership battle rhythm, synchronizing meetings, reporting cycles, decision forums, and external engagements.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage internal Division- and Branch Chief-level meetings and management reviews, ensuring agendas, materials, decisions, and action items are documented and tracked in TMT or other-directed tools.
* Maintain continuity of operations during leadership transitions by preserving institutional knowledge, decision history, and ongoing task status through TMT records and historical documentation.
* As required, perform front office executive administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and conferences, managing communications, routing
correspondence, responding to routine inquiries, and maintaining leadership calendars.
* Perform other administrative and executive support functions as assigned by Division leadership.
