Summary:

The Nursing Education Coordinator role is responsible for the coordination of nursing new hire onboarding, student placement, clinical education and training

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • License/Certifications: AHA Training Coordinator Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Five years of healthcare experience preferred. Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and State of Maine requirements for education and competencies.
