Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description:

Location: Remote or based in West Valley City, Utah

Job Overview

The Financial Reporting Manager will oversee the consolidation, preparation of financial statements and footnotes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external requirements. This role will manage reporting activities, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Prepare the analysis and investigate the variances.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of FX, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany transactions and Mark up treatments.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of reporting experience, including financial reporting and management experience.
• One Stream knowledge and experience is a plus .
• Languages : Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Work Environment : Office-based role; may involve occasional collaboration with international teams or stakeholders.
• Lifting Requirements : Minimal; occasional lifting of files or office materials up to 10 lbs.
