Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Overnight shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM)

Hands-on, fast-paced, and detail-focused-this Retail Reset Merchandiser ensures stores look their best, every time.

Staffmark is seeking new talent in Burbank and hiring a detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser who is motivated and ready to try something new. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to support store success by executing resets that drive organization, consistency, and customer appeal.

Essential Functions

• Complete overnight store resets, remodels, and remerchandising projects
• Set shelves, fixtures, peg hooks, and displays according to planograms
• Remove, relocate, and restock merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Install or update shelf labels, pricing tags, and signage
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work collaboratively with the rest team to meet nightly deadlines
• Communicate progress, issues, or discrepancies to on-site leadership

Qualifications

• Previous retail, merchandising, or reset experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
