Meet the Team You will work closely with the US Air Force Sales team, supporting customers across large Federal and Department of Defense environments. Your Impact In this pre-sales engineering role, you will be responsible for driving customer activities and technical discussions that lead to preference for Cisco's Unified Collaboration (UC) solutions. You will uncover business benefits for customers by helping them move to Unified Collaboration systems, consulting on Cisco UC solutions and applications to solve business problems and designing and presenting technical solutions that close business and generate revenue. You will collaborate closely with Cisco Portfolio Account Executives, Systems Engineers, Professional Services, Channel teams, and Cisco Voice Partners to plan sales strategy, develop proposals, and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations. Travel is required for this role, with strong encouragement for the use of Telepresence and Webex to virtualize resources whenever possible. Responsibilities include:

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
