As a member of the Optum/Heron Ridge Associates Behavioral Care Team you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

As a Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) in Bingham Farms MI, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. We offer a variety of solutions that meet the unique needs of our workforce and the patients they serve. and provide organizational support that allows our providers to focus on what matters - providing care.


This position will work exclusively with Children and Adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide mental health counseling services to individuals, families, and/or couples
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active and unrestricted license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Michigan
  • Desire to work with Children and Adolescents
