About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Samples Coordinator to join our North America Business Integration team. This role is essential to supporting sample logistics from seasonal delivery through end-of-life liquidation, enabling seamless seasonal workflows across the geography. The ideal candidate will craft, manage, and implement sample-related processes to ensure efficient use of this critical business tool.

What You'll Do

Sample Management & Operations



  • Coordinate seasonal sample sorting and sample rotation across multiple product categories
  • Manage and organize 5 seasons of product inventory in a high-density storage environment
  • Respond to sample requests for current and past season product with accuracy and efficiency
  • Execute end-of-life sample liquidation processes


Logistics & Event Support



  • Assist broader team with sample logistics for seasonal photo shoots and key seasonal meetings
  • Set-up and prepare meeting spaces for seasonal activities, ensuring room readiness
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Merch Lab fixtures, technology, access protocols, and supply needs


Process & Documentation



  • Document all processes created and maintained
  • Provide solutions to operational challenges by leveraging established procedures and precedents
  • Act as a resource for the geography on all sample-related questions


What You Bring

Required Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, retail, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications



  • Local to the Portland metro area
  • Previous experience in athletic/sportswear industry operations
  • Familiarity with sample management or merchandise coordination
