*Sr** Executive Staff Assistant* *Overview* The Sr Executive Staff Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and technical support to an Executive Officer and a Shared Services Administration team. This position blends highlevel executive administrative support with elements of project coordination, cross-functional communication, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex and shifting priorities across multiple leaders. This role requires strong judgment, autonomy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. *Top Required Skills* *1. Executive Administrative or Project Coordination Experience (5-6+ years)* * Experience supporting Sr of traditional admin work (scheduling, expenses, ordering supplies) and coordination responsibilities (contractor onboarding, cross-company meeting scheduling, presentation support). *2. Exceptional Prioritization & Organizational Skills* * Ability to support seven leaders (Executive Officer + six direct reports). * Independently evaluate and communicate priority shifts. * Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a dynamic environment with minimal hand-holding. *3. Technical Skills* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (including VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, Outlook. * Experience working with SharePoint or similar collaboration/document management tools. *4. Required Certification* * *Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)* required. *Nice-to-Have Experience* * Prior experience in the utility industry. * Experience within shared services or multi-OPCO (operating company) environments. * Experience analyzing data, building reports, or supporting cross-functional teams. *Position Responsibilities* *30% - Executive Support* * Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence. * Draft, edit, and prepare high-quality communications, reports, and presentations. * Serve as a liaison between the Executive Officer, internal teams, and external stakeholders. * Anticipate needs based on awareness of organizational priorities. *25% - Administrative & Operational Management* * Manage department-level administrative processes such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and supply ordering. * Maintain departmental systems including SharePoint, document repositories, and shared resources. * Support business continuity planning, budgeting processes, and cost tracking. *20% - Process & Project Support* * Evaluate administrative workflows and recommend process improvements. * Assist in developing business requirements and documenting functional processes. * Compile data, track departmental metrics, and support cross-functional initiatives. *15% - Meeting & Event Coordination* * Plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and special events. * Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document follow-up tasks. * Support the development of executive-level presentations, including those for the Board of Directors. *10% - Confidentiality & Professionalism* * Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. * Build strong professional relationships while representing the Executive Office with credibility. * Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed. *Additional Qualifications* * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly preferred. * Experience in utility or large enterprise environments is highly desirable. * Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data into useful insights. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to continuously learn. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $87500.00/yr. *Workplace Type*This is a hybrid position in Atlanta,GA. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
