Employment Status: Part-time Department: Search Operations Location: Flexible/Remote USA 	(Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, or Denver preferred) Reports To: Vice President Kittleman and Associates is the nation's first executive search firm dedicated exclusively to recruiting leaders for nonprofit organizations across the country. Kittleman's search practice focuses on CEO level recruitment throughout the nonprofit sector, including human service organizations, foundations, museums, associations, conservation and environmental organizations, and many others. Founded in 1963, Kittleman has four offices including Boston, Philadelphia, Denver, and its founding office in Chicago. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of communications strategies that enhance our brand presence and attract high-caliber candidates and clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting people and ideas. Major Responsibilities

Compensation The compensation range for this position is $60,000-$68,000 and is commensurate with experience.
