Job Description




As a Security Officer - Flex Stadium Patrol in Washington, DC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with professional customer service. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the interior areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and/or ATM and night deposit areas as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual activity, and help to deter prohibited behavior through high-visibility presence and professional communication.
  • Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, and/or policy violations in written reports and maintain required logs for shift turnover and follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
