Location:OR-Eugene Job Title: Office Coordinator - KLSR TV Position Overview KLSR-TV/KEVU-TV is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to oversee general office operations and provide administrative support to the Station Manager, Traffic Manager, Operations Supervisor, Programming Director, and Sales Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the leadership team and provide backup support to the traffic manager Manage media instructions as a member of the traffic team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Greet and direct visitors and callers, serving as the station's first point of contact Open and close the station daily Coordinate events as needed Process incoming/outgoing mail, package deliveries and checks received Excellent communication skills both oral and written Ability to problem solve Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Training or experience in general office administration and/or customer service Preferred Qualifications Computer data entry preferred About Cox Media Group CMG Media Corporation (d/b/a Cox Media Group) is an industry-leading media company with unparalleled brands, award-winning content, and exceptional team members.
