Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Principal Consultant–Technical Project Lead (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to be responsible for Technical Delivery of Share Point 2016 development project. Analyze requirements, identify various components or sub-components to be developed, identify all internal/external interfaces for data exchange. Define technical design and effort estimations using applicable estimation techniques and tools. Code, test, debug, and coordinate technical development activities, evaluate and report performance of the project. Provide technical direction and supervision to offshore team, review their deliverables and keep track of progress. Ensure all issues or risks identified are resolved or mitigated. Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing and obtain sign-off. Coordinate with deployment teams for successful rollout of new system/component in production.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $141,336 to $148,402 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $141,336 to $148,402. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
