Salary Range:$105,000 to $138,000

THE PRODUCTION TEAM
The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) schedules across a portfolio of projects using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Projects and/or Primavera P6. This role serves as a key resource in aligning project execution with strategic schedule performance goals. The Senior Scheduler works closely with field leadership, project management teams, and corporate scheduling staff to ensure accurate and resource-loaded Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedules are developed and maintained from project planning through close-out. This position plays a critical role in schedule impact analysis, performance reporting, and continuous schedule improvement based on corporate standards.
ABOUT YOU
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
PMI-SP, PSP, or other relevant scheduling certifications are a plus but not required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of construction scheduling or project controls experience, with at least 2 years using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Projects in an EPC or large-scale infrastructure environment.
