  • Role title: Employee Relations (ER) Operations Process Manager
  • Location: Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX
  • Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match


Seeking an experienced ER professional who is skilled at managing sensitive ER processes as well as driving change and optimization of processes:



  • Deep expertise in ER/HR Processes specifically but not limited to performance management and separation processes and confident in managing complex administration, documentation and reporting.
  • Highly analytical and enjoy using data to tell a story and build influence.
  • Partnership is at the heart of how you work, building relationships is critical to the success of this role
  • You have experience setting an operationally-minded program strategy and proven experience delivering on the same
  • You are a natural planner and have a flair for project management
  • You know how to streamline processes and have a deep understanding of the change management that is connected to process transformation
  • You are an extraordinary communicator with a knack for fostering positive relationships with people in different disciplines and at different levels.
  • You are curious, flexible, a good listener and a proven problem solver.
  • You are results orientated and you are comfortable with ambiguity. Navigating and pivoting in an ever-changing environment does not disrupt you and your goals.


Education and Experience (Role Specific)



  • Significant experience in an ER / HR role
  • Significant experience leading ER / HR projects and working in a People / ER global team.
  • Experience leading change and implementing solutions
  • Strong US Employment law knowledge and practice
  • Strong knowledge of People-centered technologies such as ServiceNow CRM and/or WorkDay
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
