Iatric Manufacturing Solutions is a privately held manufacturer dedicated to fostering healthier environments. We specialize in FDAregulated wipes used across consumer, healthcare, food service, and hospitality industries-products people trust every day to stay safe and well.

We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities at our Morristown manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fastpaced, regulated environments and wants to make a meaningful impact on people, culture, and operational success.


What You'll Do

As the HR Manager, you will serve as both a strategic partner and a trusted coach to leaders and associates, owning the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and engagement.



  • Lead and manage all site-level HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with corporate standards and federal and state employment laws
  • Partner with site leadership to support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention to meet operational needs
  • Drive employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, discipline, and associate goodwill initiatives
  • Advise leaders on employment practices, EEO, harassment prevention, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee leave management, attendance/FMLA tracking, workers' compensation, and collaboration with EHS on injury management
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement, and retention
  • Administer compensation programs, wage structures, and salary practices using market data
  • Manage site payroll administration, employee records, and HRIS use
  • Coordinate performance management and ensure timely, effective performance reviews
  • Lead substance abuse and drug testing programs
  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget with strong fiscal discipline
  • Represent Iatric during audits, hearings, or HR-related investigations as needed
  • Actively participate as a member of the Iatric Site Leadership Team, contributing HR insight to business decisions
  • Champion open communication through quarterly site meetings and ongoing engagement efforts
  • Model and promote Iatric's RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent HR experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, ideally in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and associate relations
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies, training systems, and performance management programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and budget creation/management
  • SPHR or similar certification preferred
  • Proven ability to balance empathy with accountability in employee relations situations
