DET - Shift 1 ($0) (United States of America - Michigan)

A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Operations Administrator is a key partner in keeping our manufacturing facility running smoothly and efficiently. This role works side-by-side with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of production processes, resource allocation, and compliance with company policies. If you're detail-oriented, organized and enjoy being at the center of how things get done, this role makes a real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Production Support:

  • Support and coordinate production activities by ensuring materials, equipment and resources are available when needed

  • Create production jobs and accurately assign materials to each job to keep workflows moving without interruptions

Document Management and Compliance:

  • Prepare, print, organize and maintain Device History Records (DHRs) routers, and job packets to ensure accuracy and audit readiness

  • Match job packets to orders and organize product in FIFO order to maintain compliance and traceability

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Perform data entry and generate reports related to production, inventory levels, and resource utilization

  • Assist with inventory management to support accurate tracking and availability of materials

Process Assistance:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Assist in implementing workflow enhancements that help optimize overall operational performance

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Or Equivalent (Required)

  • Associates (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)

  • Operations Experience (Preferred)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS THAT ENABLE SUCCESS
