Operations Support Analyst (Contract)

Location: Cohoes, NY

Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extension

Total Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst to assist with client request processing, quality review, and operational support in a fast-paced business environment. This contract role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work across multiple systems while adhering to established policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve client requests to ensure proper authorization and required documentation are in place
• Coordinate and process team-specific operational tasks as assigned
• Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
• Navigate and update multiple systems and platforms efficiently
• Partner with internal teams to resolve ongoing issues and respond to policy-related inquiries
• Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as requested
• Identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate concerns following established procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, client service, information security, and compliance policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows
• Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams
