Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5 AM - 3 PM

This is what it takes to work for us.

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Prior experience.
• Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Able to read and use precision measuring tools.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Good mechanical aptitude & problem-solving abilities.
• Receives prints from Machine Shop Supervisor or Field Service Advisors and sketches from assembly personnel.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific fabrication requirements.
• Fabricates parts using the most efficient method, taking care to finish the part accurately and aesthetically pleasing.
• Maintains work area in accordance to 5S standards.
• Determine which fabrication process should be used in a given situation.
• Use a variety of tools and machines.
• Must be able to set up, lay out materials, and operate press brakes, punch and shear.
• Reports necessary maintenance and repair for equipment used in the sheet metal department.
• Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures.
