No Shortcuts. Here's What It Takes.

• Diploma or GED in hand
• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience
• Attention to detail - follow instructions right
• Strong comprehension of verbal and written work expectations
• Understanding of logistics costs and decision-making
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and web applications)
• Operate tools and equipment safely (Air power tools, electric drill, drill press, crimping machines, grinders, etc.)
• On your feet, lifting 50 lbs all shift
• Load/unload and move product through the warehouse
• Stage and prep shipments for delivery
• Inspect incoming freight for damage or shortages
• Inventory management tasks as needed
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
• Work steadily with your crew to meet goals
