Primary Purpose

The Team Lead, Enrollment Management supports a group of Enrollment Managers to ensure optimal family experience and enrollment opportunity in Bright Horizons centers. This role focuses on supply and demand optimization, process improvement, and team guidance to achieve enrollment goals. The Team Lead is responsible for fostering strong relationships with families and center operators and serving as the primary point of escalation for complex situations. In addition, the role emphasizes mentoring and supporting team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience for families and internal stakeholders.

This is a remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Enrollment Strategy and Management
    • Provide strategic oversight of the enrollment pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate enrollment offers to maximize occupancy.
  • Guide team members in working with families to secure registration and foster engagement for future enrollment needs.
  • Collaborate with operations to address staffing or space constraints, escalating issues to Manager of Enrollment Support as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the family experience and enrollment across multiple centers, including recommending space adjustments or opening new classrooms.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead daily operations of a team of enrollment managers, providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes consistency, accountability, and best practices in enrollment management.
  • General Oversight and Reporting
    • Analyze demand trends and enrollment data to provide actionable recommendations on classroom openings, hiring needs, and marketing strategies.
    • Utilize enrollment management systems (EMS, Bright Star, etc.) to generate and interpret reports, using insights to guide decision-making and team planning.
    • Maintain a high sense of urgency regarding enrollment goals, ensuring swift resolution of issues and proactive engagement with families.
  • Stakeholder and Family Engagement
    • Build and sustain strong partnerships with center operators using HEART principles to drive collaborative results.
    • Provide high-quality support and communication to families, maintaining engagement from pre-visit through enrollment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years experience as enrollment manager or in a business setting with sales experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess pipeline performance and predict future needs.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across teams while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm for the mission and values of Bright Horizons.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:

The annual salary this position is between $64,000-$83,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
