Position Overview: The Distribution Superintendent will interface with the national logistics organization to ensure the efficient and effective use of product distribution resources. Understanding of DOT requirements, truck maintenance procedures, and Linde quality assurance program are required. The Distribution Superintendent will be responsible for utilizing best practices in order to meet KPI goals for distribution, as well as finding ways to increase productivity. They will also be responsible for implementation of safety programs, training, and compliance with quality assurance systems and government regulations. The Distribution Superintendent has responsibility oversight for the day-to-day management of the distribution operations supported by approximately 20 professional drivers and 2 Truck Mechanics at Loudon, TN. and Greeneville, TN. Accessibility during off-hours (via laptop and cell phone) is required. This position will be based in Loudon, TN. Responsibilities:
