Job Description

Job Summary: The full-time intern position will support the Cash Management Department in an administrative role at Needham Bank with an emphasis that encompasses interaction with the Cash management Sales, Product and Portfolio Management teams. The Treasury Management Intern will support Cash Management Officers in tasks related to sales preparation, establishing new deposit and Cash Management services including pricing, online banking and various treasury management related services. The intern will also provide support of implementation and going customer service issues. They candidate will work closely with Cash Management Sales Officers, Product Managers and Portfolio Managers as well as Cash Management Client Services and Operational Fulfillment Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Support the Cash Management Sales Officers and assist with managing the day-to-day business relationship of cash management clients in the C&I, Structured Finance and Small Business markets.
  • Work with the CMO's and CMA's to provide support of treasury management customer relationships at the bank, including opening new accounts, gathering customer information, data management, onboarding and processing new and existing maintenance of services requests.
  • Work with the Treasury Management Portfolio Team to assist with the various related projects including Account Officer assignment, CMO reassignment, CRM maintenance, new account analysis verification, closed account verification, and preparing various monthly revenue and sales reporting information.
  • Establish a working relationship with the Treasury Product Team to gain an understanding of related treasury services including Business On-Line Banking functionality, electronic payment capabilities, remote deposit capabilities, fraud protection services and sweep services.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuit of bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • Entry level knowledge of business environment
  • Interest in Banking preferred



PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly
