PROJECT COORDINATOR - INDUSTRY 4.0
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS

As a member of the Advanced Manufacturing team, the Project Coordinator - IDEA will be responsible for: The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Global project coordination for key advanced manufacturing projects, under the Lear Corporate IDEA initiative, focusing on Digitalization, AI and Automation.
• Track projects and report out key status changes as needed for all projects globally.
• Work closely with plant teams to help generate new ideas and escalate key issues in current projects as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact to the broader E-systems Advanced Manufacturing team, reporting out project metrics and status as required.
• Sync with AME representatives from other product lines to improve read across of ideas.
• Coordinate idea generation workshops to improve idea pipeline.
• Stay updated on key industry events, pertaining to Operations Efficiency.
• Support the development and expansion of internal global dashboard.
• Create project tracker dashboard and automated reporting, in Palantir Foundry.

The Hour-by-Hour Task Breakdown with percentages:

• Project coordination, report out and status tracking (50%).
• Idea generation workshop and read across with Wiring and Connection systems (20%).
• Support quarterly budget review (10%).
• Attend E-systems AME discussions and coordinate PAR's (10%).
• Support with the expansion of Lead Digital Factory effort (10%).

Your Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in a related field: Engineering / Finance / Business.
• Project management experience in tech / automotive environment.
• 3+ years of project experience required.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Broad understanding of factory automation machinery and simulation tools.
• Experience with developing digital dashboards in Tableau / Power BI.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in automation, robotics, or high-speed, high-precision assembly.
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall project management.
• Experience working in the Palantir Foundry environment.
