Summary: This role is characterized by direct ownership of licensed assortment strategy and execution, including buying, PO tracking, and end-to-end merchandise pipeline management across brick and mortar and e-commerce channels. The role applies Point of Sale (POS) and consumer data to drive assortment, pricing, and product lifecycle decisions, with accountability for MSRP and margin targets, including DTC exclusive merchandise. It leads structured merchandising governance, collaborates with a defined set of cross-functional partners, and provides leadership across multiple teams. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
