We are seeking a passionate and strategic individual to spearhead critical initiatives that drive client engagement, loyalty, and traffic to our physical locations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of crafting unforgettable retail moments, ensuring every new opening and localized marketing effort resonates deeply with our clients and solidifies our position as an industry leader. Your work will directly influence client perception, foster lasting relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of a beloved brand.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans for new store openings and relocations, ensuring a seamless and impactful launch.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing programs from initial creative concepts through to successful store-level execution.
  • Provide essential support for additional localized marketing and media initiatives, tailoring strategies to specific market needs.
  • Monitor and meticulously measure program results to identify best practices and optimize future campaigns.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with external media agencies, property management, and vendors to create holistic marketing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Real Estate Development, Store Operations, and Field/Store Leadership, to ensure a robust and seamless client experience.
  • Assist in managing store opening date changes and coordinate with internal readiness teams and vendors for perfect alignment.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of proven marketing and/or retail experience, with required media experience (either client or agency side).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive within a complex organizational structure.
  • A strong track record of cross-functional leadership and driving initiatives from concept to completion.
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach, coupled with a self-starter mentality.
  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to make informed decisions in dynamic environments and effectively influence others.
