Oakland Psychological Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health to join our team in Michigan. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll play an integral role in advancing our mission to make healthcare better for everyone. This position provides clinical supervision and leadership across four (4) group practice locations in Flint, Lake Orion, Fenton, and Grand Blanc, MI, and requires regular onsite presence at each location on a weekly basis. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will directly manage clinicians and provide clinical oversight, including talent development and clinical performance management. Responsibilities include onboarding new clinicians, fostering a collaborative culture across teams, monitoring clinic performance, and partnering with cross-functional departments to support high-quality, consistent care delivery. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $100,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
