Shift: 10-hour shifts | 4-day work weeks | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

The Quality Assurance Auditor Clerk is responsible for auditing inventory picked for store orders, assisting the Inventory Control Team in identifying and correcting inventory inaccuracies, and documenting and facilitating corrective measures for audited pallets. If it can be measured, reviewed, and improved-you're on it.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• 3 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow varied instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to driving positive outcomes and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Audit, correct, and reassemble outbound pallets to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Record errors, perform root cause analysis, and partner with leadership and warehouse staff on solutions.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system reports.
• Move pallets, operate forklifts (order picker, sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack), and assist with audits.
• Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and assist with training or guiding others as needed.
