About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Director, Agency Partnerships to drive and manage our relationships with key marketing and advertising agencies. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role with quota carrying responsibilities based in the New York city area.


You Will:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic agency partnerships.
  • Generate leads for Invoca sales team as new opportunities with agency clients
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership sales strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive GTM efforts and expand revenue.
  • Educate agency partners on our product/service offerings and train them on how to best position and sell our solutions to their clients.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue goals.


You Have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in sales or business development with a focus of calling on large Holding companies
  • Existing network of contacts at Omnicom and WPP
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing, measurement and agency landscape.


Preferred Quailifications



  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
  • GTM experience with data and technology products
  • Familiarity with various partnership models (e.g., reseller, referral).


Location:

While Invoca operates as a remote-first organization, this role requires candidates to reside in the New York City area or surrounding regions, as frequent onsite visits to client locations in NYC are a core part of the role.
