This is whereyour work makes a difference.

At Baxter, we believe every person-regardless of who they are or where they are from-deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.

Your Role:

In this role as a Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations, you'll join a tightknit, highperforming Commercial Operations team that sits at the center of Advanced Surgery's growth engine. You'll work closely with a large, fieldbased sales force that relies on you to help them move quickly, price accurately, and navigate complex contracting needs, so they can stay focused on customers. Because these reps spend most of their time in the field rather than behind a computer, you become their operational anchor-the person who can interpret contracts, troubleshoot pricing questions, and keep deals moving. This is a fastpaced, collaborative environment where your ability to bring clarity, structure, and efficiency will have an immediate impact.

What makes this opportunity especially compelling is the team you'll be joining and the moment you're joining it. Advanced Surgery is in a strong growth phase, with leadership investing heavily in commercial support and new ways of working. Your manager is a longtenured Baxter leader known for developing talent and promoting from within, and the broader organization is recognized for being collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. This role exists because the business is expanding and needs someone who can help build better processes, strengthen the link between sales and operations, and create efficiencies that make the entire organization run smoother. If you're someone who enjoys being the goto problem solver, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants exposure to senior leaders and future career paths across Baxter, this is a place where you can grow and make a significant difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate closely with field-based sales representatives and the broader commercial operations team, serving as a key liaison to ensure effective communication and execution of contract management activities.

  • Coordinate and complete contract management activities, including pricing analysis, contract creation, amendments, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate administration.

  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams (commercial operations, legal, finance, and contract administration) to troubleshoot and resolve contract-related inquiries, pricing discrepancies, and process improvement initiatives efficiently.

  • Deliver RFP support by coordinating with internal teams to gather required documentation, respond to customer RFPs, and ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

  • Collaborate on customer business reviews by gathering relevant data, preparing supporting materials, and ensuring thorough, insightful review meetings.

  • Lead process improvement projects and cross-functional commercial initiatives focused on streamlining contract management processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business results.

  • Assist with onboarding and training of internal collaborators on contract management systems, processes, and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless adoption and operational efficiency.

  • Gather and share contract management insights and feedback with internal teams to improve operational workflows, methods, and execution of commercial agreements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and support staff.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • 3+ years in commercial operations, contract management, pricing analysis, or similar analytical roles (medical device or healthcare experience) strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams is highly valued.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and managing large datasets; experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze pricing, contracts, and operational data with accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

  • Demonstrated experience in contract creation, pricing analysis, and managing the full contract lifecycle to support commercial agreements and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills, with success collaborating across large, crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.

  • Confidence communicating complex information to internal partners, including leadership; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
