As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will serve as a key corporate leader driving brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and high impact marketing campaigns across our airport restaurant portfolio. Based at our corporate headquarters, you will partner with operations, business development, and executive leadership to deliver compelling communications that connect travelers, airport partners, and internal teams to our mission.

What You'll Do:

Events & Engagement



  • Lead marketing and communication planning for corporate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Build and manage event budgets, track spending, forecast needs, and report performance.
  • Coordinate creative materials, signage, and registration while providing onsite or virtual event support.
  • Capture and curate event content including photos, videos, and interviews for brand storytelling.



Administrative, Operational & Reporting Excellence



  • Maintain and optimize marketing databases, media lists, and digital asset libraries.
  • Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and support financial tracking for marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear communication metrics for leadership.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives with flexibility, responsiveness, and strong follow through.



Corporate Communications



  • Develop and manage internal and external content including newsletters, press releases, executive communications, and announcements.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate communications.
  • Support crisis communications efforts with sound judgment and professionalism.



Digital & Social Media



  • Oversee corporate website updates and content strategy to ensure brand alignment.
  • Enhance corporate social media presence through strategic content planning and collaboration with field teams.
  • Monitor digital performance trends and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.



Strategic Marketing Leadership



  • Lead marketing programs and campaigns with measurable results and clear ownership.
  • Develop and refine marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and business relevance.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a brand resource for messaging, positioning, and corporate standards.

What We're looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive marketing or communications experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or airport environments.
  • Experience managing complex, multi phase projects in a digital first setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong brand voice awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, Canva, CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent within the U.S. and Canada and meet airport security requirements.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
