POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our team's success through the strategic development and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting market research to maintain competitive packages, overseeing annual processes like merit increases and US open enrollment, and consulting on policies to balance organizational goals with employee needs. With responsibilities that extend from the administrative to the strategic, including job classifications, salary band management, and negotiations with benefit providers, this position is central to fostering an engaging and equitable workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
