The
Director of Software Engineering for Cox Automotive's Inventory Management Solution organization leads engineering teams responsible for delivering Incentives and Rebate Services, along with software that helps automotive dealers manage and optimize vehicle inventory. This role drives a high-performing engineering culture, ensures architectural alignment and reliable delivery across multiple scrum teams, and partners with senior leadership to advance strategic priorities. The Director oversees talent development, resource planning, risk management, budgeting, and collaboration across CoxAuto Dealer Solutions protfolio. Candidates should bring extensive engineering leadership experience, strong technical and communication skills, experience working with Automotive OEMs is a plus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
