Responsibilities

Job SummaryThe Workday Report Writer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards within HonorHealth's Workday platform. This role enables data- driven decision-making by delivering accurate, actionable insights across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and operational domains. The position requires strong technical expertise in Workday reporting tools and collaboration with stakeholders to meet compliance, performance, and strategic reporting needs. Essential Functions Report Development & Optimization
  • Design and develop custom reports using Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT tools.
  • Create dashboards and scorecards leveraging Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.
  • Optimize report performance and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
Data Analysis & Validation
  • Translate business requirements into accurate reporting solutions.
  • Validate data integrity and troubleshooting discrepancies across multiple Workday domains.
  • Support compliance reporting for HR, Finance, and regulatory audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to dene reporting needs and KPIs.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users on Workday reporting tools.
  • Act as subject matter expert for reporting standards and governance.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor reporting queues and prioritize requests based on organizational needs.
  • Maintain report libraries, update documentation, and implement enhancements.
  • Support integration-related reporting and ensure security compliance.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, BusinessAdministration, or related eld. Required
  • Master's degree in business or technology management. Preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building Workday reports (HCM, Finance, Payroll). - Required
  • Prociency in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT). Required
  • Experience with Prism Analytics and calculated elds- Preferred.
License and Certifications
  • Workday Reporting or Advanced Reporting certication strongly - Preferred.
