This role is focused on expansion of service & capabilities for comprehensive financial planning for clients. This role requires strong Enterprise and field collaboration with general expertise in financial planning concepts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead 3rd party vendor onboarding. Work with 3rd party partners, sourcing and procurement, risk engineers, law & compliance, and digital products team to negotiate and onboard new 3rd party partnerships (service and technology partners);
  • Manage partner onboarding process from Zip request to final ATO and rollout to the field.
  • Complete periodic tasks and activities for annual reviews of 3rd party vendors
  • Lead and oversee project execution of new client solutions by aligning plans with SPS and Advisor solutions priorities, providing visibility and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead field pilots/test & learns for new client solutions; ensure setup and monitoring of pilots are done such that adequate information is available to make go/no-go decisions.
  • Develop various project documents and tools in support of project execution - project executive summaries, testing documentation, technical/functional requirements; partner/service documentation. Conduct data analysis in support for 3rd party partnerships and projects
  • Ensure that new solution development and rollouts are completed to meet schedule, scope, by working with cross functional teams to create business requirements, test and align roadmaps to drive the overall experience and solution vision, and communication to drive the solution positioning.
  • Partner with the SPS change management lead to ensure accuracy of change management documents and execution and delivery of change management successful execution of change management activities; Conduct final reviews and access checks of all change management deliverables prior to rollout
  • Support ongoing research and analysis of and planning for future advisor and client solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Demonstrated knowledge of the overall financial planning core domains for HNW clients.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with financial services; experience with Northwestern Mutual (NM) products preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in researching, designing, developing and rollout of client services/solutions in financial services industry.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills with ability to move others to work within deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Metrics and data analysis skills to develop, monitor and make data driven decisions around design and build efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of and experience interacting with NM field.

Structure 110:

$114,520.00 USD - $212,680.00 USD

Structure 115:

$119,700.00 USD - $222,300.00 USD
