Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri

• Prior experience with spot welding (3+ years)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and visual references
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal components using resistance (spot) welding techniques in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements
• Prepare metal surfaces and components prior to welding to ensure proper fit, alignment, and weld quality
• Operate spot welding equipment, hand tools, and assembly tools safely and efficiently
• Measure and verify materials and finished components to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies to confirm quality standards are met
• Follow established safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support efficient production flow while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment
