Group: Bridge Position: Team Lead Location: Dallas, Austin, or Round Rock, TX We are seeking a Team Leader to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for a specialized bridge design team within the Bridge Group. The Team Leader manages daily operations, project execution, and staff development while supporting group-wide goals related to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced bridge design professional with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring technical staff.
