Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership



  • Drive double-digit annual revenue growth and market expansion across the East US region, managing a complex business encompassing both strategic named accounts and territory-based mid-market segments
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of ~50 sales professionals through a combination of direct and matrixed reporting relationships
  • Set strategic direction, establish clear metrics, and create a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Rapidly build your team by bringing in A-players from your network who've worked with you before and would jump at the chance to do it again


Channel Strategy & Execution



  • In partnership with the Head of Americas Channel, build and execute comprehensive US East channel strategies that generate significant net-new pipeline through partner ecosystems
  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with key channel partners to accelerate market penetration
  • Create scalable, repeatable partner-led go-to-market motions that complement direct sales efforts


Strategic Account Management



  • Maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs across marquee enterprise accounts in the region
  • Leverage your extensive network and domain expertise to open doors and advance complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy and threat landscape evolution


Thought Leadership & Market Presence



  • Represent Check Point at industry events, customer forums, and partner gatherings as a compelling public speaker
  • Engage in sophisticated conversations about emerging threats, AI-powered security, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape
  • Build Check Point's brand and market presence across the East US territory

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, network security, or adjacent technology sectors with progressive responsibility
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor. You've personally closed strategic deals, navigated complex enterprise sales cycles, and consistently exceeded quota as a strategic account executive
  • 5+ years leading sales leaders. You've built, coached, and scaled teams of managers who deliver results
  • Deep channel expertise. Demonstrated success designing and executing partner strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Enterprise relationships. An extensive rolodex of CISO, CTO, and CIO contacts across the Eastern US region, particularly in financial services and technology sectors
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

Location & Work Environment

This role is based in New York City and requires presence in our NYC office 2-3 days per week when not traveling. You'll spend approximately 50% of your time traveling to customer sites, partner meetings, team events, and industry conferences across the US and internationally as needed.
