What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a detail-orientedProjectCoordinator to join ourdynamicEPCproject team.This role involvesresource tracking and management,data analysisfor strategic decisionmakingandoptimizingprocessesfor successful execution oflarge scalecapital projects. What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines (e.g., Electrical, CSA, Mechanical, and I&C) to ensureaccurateandtimelysubmission of daily timekeeping logs for labor resources; proactively address discrepancies and implement tools tomaintaincompliance and data quality

  • Verify timekeeping data foraccurateallocation to project scopes, ensuring alignment with labor invoicing requirements and contractual obligations; conduct audits toidentifyand resolve billing variances, supporting financial accuracy

  • Populate andmaintainweekly labor hour reports, incorporatingtracking, project burn rates, and variance analysis; provide insights on trends and recommendations for optimizations to enhance resource efficiency and cost control

  • Perform data analysis on project metrics toidentifytrends, efficiencies, and areas of improvement; generate reports to support decision-making

  • Help develop and implement standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for projects; conduct reviews to refine processes and enhance efficiency

  • Build and implement downstream workflows to enhance operationalefficiencies; collaborate with teams to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and integrate tools for automation and better resource flow

  • Manage and implement document workflows, including version control, archiving, and distribution; ensure all records (e.g., contracts, reports, and compliance documents) areaccurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and standards


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
    Basic understanding of construction jobsite workflowsand discipline-specific roles (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excel(formulas, pivot tables, data validation) andPower BI(dashboards, reporting)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-reference timekeeping data with project documentation

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate between field teams and back-office billing departments

  • Prior experience in labor tracking, project coordination, or administrative support in a construction environment

  • Data analytics backgroundfor interpreting labor trends andoptimizingreporting

  • Familiarity withconstruction labor billing processesandscopecoding systems as well as a strongknowledge of Project Controls, Estimating & experience adhering to budgets

  • Willingness to travel to other projects up to 20% oftime

    Expected Compensation
    $18.40 - $57.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
