About the Role The Customer Service Representative serves as an integral position in upholding and communicating the maintenance and compliance guidelines for the Association to residential homeowners. In this role, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for enforcement and correspondence of expected standards to adhere to the governing documents and committee/Board of Directors expectations for residential units through routine inspections of community neighborhoods and association common areas. The ideal candidate for this role maintains the utmost professionalism, superior customer service, and can manage ad hoc projects as needed. What You Will Do
Acquire and maintain a practical understanding of the Summerlin Standard as it applies to community use restrictions, design guidelines and maintenance standards. Patrol community to identify non-compliance conditions and initiate correspondence with membership to effect corrections of such. Respond to membership correspondence relating to compliance issues and initiate any additional correspondence as need dictates. Routinely inspect common area facilities and report deficiencies to management. When conducting inspections, interact with membership to maintain a high profile and promote goodwill. Participate in Compliance Control Advisory Committee meetings and hearings to report on issues and develop understanding of membership concerns and perceptions. Work closely with the Design Review Administrator to effect compliance with the Design Guidelines and Standards. Take responsibility for the routine maintenance needs of the corporate vehicle assigned for representative use. On a rotating basis, participate in night and Saturday patrols, respective inter-office delivery, and pick-up of mail between multiple locations. Many times, will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners and need to effectively direct them to another person or department in a professional manner. Partners with support teams develop in-office efficiencies to support executive and other employees' in-office experience.
Monitor email, voicemail and return calls. When necessary, forward correspondence via email of reported resident concerns to staff. Assist with filing, copying, mailings as needed. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned and as necessary to support management staff. Assist other departments with projects, as requested.

"Can-do" attitude and pro-active. Highly proficient in MS office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Learn other technologies as needed (Jenark, Smartwebs, etc.) Curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new tools to work more efficiently.
