*Top Skills' Details:* Marketing Technology: Must understand how marketing tools work, how digital experiences are executed, and how marketing and tech align to deliver updates. Adobe: Candidate should know why Adobe Target is used and how to access/analyze data in Adobe Analytics. Expertise not required, but familiarity is essential. Testing & Optimization: Should understand experiment setup, evaluation, and component testing workflows. Cross-Team Integration: PM and PO work closely with Marketing, Rob's team, Josh's team, Zoe's developers, Pete's designers, QA, and the broader Digital Marketing Pod. Prioritization: Ability to juggle rapid requests while leading multi-month strategic roadmap efforts. Soft Skills: Relationship building, negotiation, communication, and collaboration are critical. The Product Manager (PM) will sit within the Digital Sales team, working inside the Digital Marketing Pod. These roles are responsible for leading both strategic and tactical work across the website, including a full experience refresh and ongoing high-volume updates. The PM will focus on long-term strategy (2, 3, 6, and 10month horizons), defining goals, roadmaps, and planning. Both roles must collaborate daily with Marketing, developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to manage fast-turnaround changes, new component builds, testing strategies, and complex digital initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, high-volume, and requires strong leadership, communication, and marketing technology competence. Adobe experience is preferred, as the organization is transitioning from Phoenix to Adobe by year end. Candidates should understand the purpose of Adobe Target and how to pull insights from Adobe Analytics. *Product Manager- Customer Solutions Portal (CSP)* The Product Manager is responsible for managing one or more highly complex digital experience products. The Product Manager evaluates customer, business and market needs to identify new capabilities and features to enhance the experience and meet company goals. As the "voice" of the end user/customer, the Product Manger helps develop and communicate the vision and roadmap of the product in order to maintain, enhance and improve the product. *Responsibilities:* -Defines and communicates the product vision and goals -Aligns cross-functional teams with the product goals -Creates, defines, refines and prioritizes the product feature intake and backlog to align with product roadmap -Defines feature requirements and oversees the execution of projects to meet timelines -Manages relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders -Understands and communicates business goals of features and capabilities -Identifies team risks and dependencies and communicates impacts and proposals -Prepares and/or presents and/or participates in product planning ceremonies including Product syncs, System Demos and Quarterly Planning -Establishes KPIs and OKRs for the product -Monitors product metrics to meet or exceed KPI goals -Collects and analyzes customer feedback -Develops user personas and use cases to understand the end users needs -Creates user journey maps to illustrate the goals and desired outcomes for various customer types and scenarios -Manages and supports Product Owner(s) in creating effective delivery teams -Works with Product Owner(s) to explore customer needs and business opportunities *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $77.00/hr.
