*Construction Project Coordinator* *Overview*
The Construction Project Coordinator oversees the full lifecycle of reimbursement activities related to damage repair and forced relocation projects. This role serves as the central connection point between construction teams, external vendors, and thirdparty requestors. The coordinator ensures that all documentation, forms, and invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule-supporting a smooth and timely reimbursement process. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong followthrough, and the ability to manage a high volume of open cases with accuracy and urgency. *Key Responsibilities* Damage Reimbursement Coordination * Work directly with the damage repair vendor and construction teams to ensure all completed repairs are invoiced promptly and accurately. * Review and confirm that all required documentation is submitted following each damage repair. * Monitor outstanding damage cases, tracking status updates and proactively following up with construction supervisors for missing or incomplete information. Forced Relocation Reimbursement Support * Ensure construction teams provide required requestingparty information to the forced relocation vendor before project start. * Track upcoming relocation projects to confirm all forms, contact information, and supporting details are submitted and accurate. * Coordinate with the vendor to confirm receipt of materials and support the timely submission of payment requests from third parties. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement * Build a deep understanding of reimbursement workflows, vendor standards, and documentation requirements. * Analyze current steps to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce delays, and improve overall accuracy. * Serve as a proactive resource to construction teams to reinforce correct workflows and prevent recurring bottlenecks. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Sitetracker is preferred. * Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and followthrough when handling documentation and open cases. * Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when requesting timesensitive information from busy teams. * Ability to interpret and organize project documentation, invoices, and supporting materials. * Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement. * Telecom industry background or experience supporting telecom construction, relocations, or damage repair workflows is highly valued and will significantly strengthen a candidate's fit for this role. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
