The Supplier Table Engineer (STE) for Manufacturing at Stellantis is accountable for leading and managing suppliers through advanced quality planning and process development to ensure high operational efficiency, robust industrialization, and capable manufacturing processes that meet Stellantis quality and capacity requirements. The STE partners with suppliers to evaluate and develop their manufacturing processes, establish robust quality systems, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality components to Stellantis Assembly Plants. This includes regular onsite supplier visits and audits, providing technical feedback, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assess and develop supplier manufacturing processes for quality, capacity, and capability
  • Drive resolution of supplier-related quality issues from pre-production through post-launch
  • Serve as the technical authority for manufacturing processes
  • Conduct supplier readiness reviews and launch support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality alignment
  • Lead problem solving activities for supplier manufacturing related issues
  • Requires close collaboration with internal and external Engineering, Manufacturing, to ensure appropriate suppliers and manufacturing processes are validated and refined from early development through launch and into production.
  • Leads root cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts, drives process improvements, and ensures deployment of best practices and lessons learned across programs.
  • Serves as the technical expert for the manufacturing processes and technologies associated with system components

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited university (or other Engineering degrees, in combination with relevant experience)
  • Effective presentation/public speaking skills
  • Experience with problem solving tools
  • Able to demonstrate both coaching and teaching
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated leader, directed, high-energy, hands-on individual with integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projects



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree in a technical field
  • Previous experience working in an automotive manufacturing unionized environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, Six Sigma methodology
  • Leadership experience (supervisory/management/team leader/project management)
