| Job Summary |
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing programs, projects, and events with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality outcomes. |
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven knowledge of project management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead high-level meetings and events.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and stakeholder service.
- Experience working and communicating with executive leadership level individuals and VIPs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions in the planning and execution of events, programs, and initiatives, encompassing stakeholder communications and comprehensive event logistics.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in higher education and familiarity with university policies, procedures, and best practices.

Stakeholder Support and Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating active listening and strategic thinking to understand and address their needs.
- Guide stakeholders through departmental and university policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships by understanding stakeholder priorities and research focus areas.
Operational Leadership
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements.
- Apply critical thinking skills and demonstrate the ability to synthesize information to make timely, informed decisions that align with university policies, procedures, and established program best practices.
