Senior Application Developer

Job duties will include working on various application development projects and integrating AI tools into the development process. Documenting AI best practices and standards. Mentoring other staff on AI tools, and helping to maintain our AI tooling infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with Enterprise application development in a language like C++, Java, Rails

- Experience with testing frameworks

- Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools

- Full stack experience, including database experience, MVC, and javascript frontend frameworks

- Code reviews, developer mentorship, strong communication skills

- Experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Open AI Codex)
