The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
- Base Pay (Determined by Experience)
- PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00 + $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
- Stay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

Qualifications:
Required Education:Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure:Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. REQUIRED Experience:Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year. Preferred Experience: Epic experience Certifications (Must have to start): BLS certified ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire. Physical Requirements/Demands:Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
