Summary:

Join our HR team for a dynamic internship where you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This is your chance to learn, contribute, and network while seeing how HR drives business success.

Salary:
$19- $22 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities



  • Provides support in functional areas of Human Resources, which may include coordination of tasks, operations under supervision, and optimizing current practices.
  • Assists in the collection of internal and external information for reports and analysis.
  • Assists with HR project planning, organization, execution, and communication.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures.
  • Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of records which requires the utmost confidentiality.
  • Proofreads documents to support team members.
  • Works directly with key personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approach.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications



  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience is required).
  • Possesses a strong work-ethic; is detailed oriented, analytical, organized, and able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn the Human Resources function.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
