Step into a Inside Sales Representative role in Gastonia where you'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma + 1 or more years of related work experienceORan associate's degree.
• Must be familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in data entry and comfort using computer systems.
• Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong team player who enjoys working across departments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Flexibility to sit for long periods, occasionally walk the shop floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Receive calls, faxes, and emails from customers needing to place orders.
• Process new and recurring job orders.
• Forward quotes for new business.
• Order raw material.
• Charge off used raw material in our system.
• Process new customers and new vendors in the system.
• Handle customer service calls and keep customers informed.
• Maintain stock production orders.
• Assist with receptionist duties/ answering phones.
• Create and maintain customer files.
• Work with other office personnel and the production manager.
• Work with quality to resolve customer complaints.
• Help with inventory and perform data entry skills.
