1.0 FTE Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

This position is not a remote position and will require onsite work.

Starting Pay - $25.32 - $31.64 (Based on Experience)

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:



  • Two-year technical or college level administrative support degree or equivalent experience
  • PC word processing at 60 wpm
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality essential
  • Ability to effectively prioritize a busy workload
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use machines, tools, equipment, phones, and work aids as necessary to perform job duties


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provides administrative support to members of the administrative team. Provides backup support to other administrative and administrative support staff.
  • Prepares and coordinates meetings, calendars, and conference rooms.
  • Prepares meeting minutes, memos, and reports.
  • Schedules appointments, committee meetings, and other activities.
  • Maintain office files and filing systems.
  • Maintains good interpersonal relations with fellow employees, clinicians, nurses, visitors, and others.
  • Assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.
  • Follows OMC policy regarding time and attendance.
  • Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with a team.
  • Professional appearance consistent with professional image and OMC dress code.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
