TEKsystems is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Services Technician to join our team supporting the Sandy Hook, KY area. This is a long-term opportunity within a collaborative statewide Field Services team, offering excellent growth potential, work/life balance, and full benefits. You will provide hands-on technical support in a unique and professional environment, supporting end users and participating in a variety of desktop, hardware, and infrastructure-related tasks. What You'll Do As a Field Services Technician with TEKsystems, you will: * Provide desktop and peripheral support, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair. * Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. * Assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches (training provided). * Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with end users. * Collaborate closely with teammates across the organization. * Lift and carry equipment when needed and work in various physical positions to complete tasks. Top Skills & Qualifications Required * 2+ years of desktop & peripheral support experience * Windows 11 & Microsoft 365 troubleshooting proficiency * Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills * Ability to troubleshoot creatively and think outside the box * Make decisions and work autonomously Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sandy Hook, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
